General Booking Conditions

• 1. The accommodation contract is considered concluded as soon as the room is booked (reservation) and confirmed. Both oral and written confirmations are legally binding.
• 2. The conclusion of the accommodation contract obligates both parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of its duration.
• 3. If the hotel fails to provide the booked room, it is obligated to compensate the guest for any resulting damages.
• 4. If the guest fails to use the agreed services, they are required to pay the agreed or customary rate, minus the expenses saved by the hotel. Based on industry experience, the savings amount to:
  10% for accommodations (holiday apartments)
  20% for accommodations including breakfast
  30% for half board
  40% for full board
  Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before arrival (except for Christmas and New Year's Eve bookings). For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, 80% of the room rate will be charged unless the room is rebooked by another guest. Different cancellation policies apply for stays over Christmas and New Year's Eve.
• 5. The hotel is obligated to rebook unused rooms whenever possible to minimize losses.
• 6. Until the room is successfully rebooked, the guest remains liable to pay the amount calculated in point 4 for the duration of the contract.
• 7. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the location of the hotel.
